Full Service Catering provides VIP, Corporate, and Crew catering services for large events. We setup one of our mobile kitchens onsite, enabling us the flexibility to serve varied cuisines and varied numbers of guests. Our team will work closely with the client prior to the event to develop a complete operational plan so that every detail is attended to.

Our team has catered events from California to New Hampshire and Michigan to Florida. We are accustomed to traveling and setting up operations onsite. If needed, we are also experienced in moving with our client and serving in different locations each day. Complete Event Management will manage the entire operations of your event. We will secure the proper Permits, Power, Water, Toilets, Tents, Tables, Chairs, Decorations, etc. needed to run the event. Our team has worked at some of the largest sporting events and festivals across the country and can bring the resources of the most experienced vendors together to execute a well run event.

Vending Management will manage food vending at your event. Our team has managed vending operations at some of the largest sporting events, such as NFL games, MLB games, NCAA Final Four, and Festivals around the Midwest. Our team will develop an operational plan to maximize profits. Small adjustments in how each point of sale is operated can make a significant difference in profitability. We can staff and manage the entire operation, or simply provide consulting assistance in setting up the vending operation.
